Indulge in a three-course dinner at Hillfield, our provenance-led restaurant, before taking to the floor as a live jazz band plays late into the night. At midnight, toast the new year with champagne and enjoy a little indulgence with our midnight munchies, before sinking into your luxurious room for a restful start to January.
