Arrive from 7am and prepare to be pampered. Your experience combines Reformer Pilates with time to retreat into the tranquillity of the spa, creating a day that feels as good for the mind as it does for the body. A beautifully balanced day of purposeful movement and complete relaxation, leaving you feeling stronger, lighter and wonderfully restored. We will let you know when your 60-minute Best of Both and Reformer Pilates class is scheduled for.

The small print
Available Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Treatment may not be exchanged but additional treatments can be added. The treatment time includes your consultation and bespoke aftercare. Cabanas are based on two people sharing one. Subject to availability. The spa is open to those aged 16 and over.
